Poggio San Marcello, the Company
takes place in a context of strong local roots and Upper Vallesina represents typical rural traditions.
Founded in 1870 by Paul Goroni and then passed from father to son, from 2002, the company relies on the skills of young brothers Renato and Richard Goroni. The varieties grown are Verdicchio and Trebbiano Sauvignon (white grapes) Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes (red grapes). The production of wine are Verdicchio DOC Classico DOC, DOC Rosso Piceno and Rosso Conero. The company also produces grappa, aromatic honey, vinegar, food seasoning and extra virgin olive varieties Frantoio, Rays and Raggiala. Goroni has maintained compliance over time traditions, combining with good agricultural practices, wine and measures of environmental impact.
